Zhejiang Kangxin Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. is a modern private enterprise producing poly fiber with technology of direct spinning from massive poly-melting.

Adjacent to the Hangzhou Gulf Bridge under construction, our company is situated in Hangzhou Bay New District of Cixi City, Zhejiang Province, and it occupies approximately 45 hectares with investment of USD180,000,000 for the first phase of project: building advanced polymer device with annual capacity of 200,000 metric tons and direct spinning devices of staple and filament fiber.

The polymer device of the project is designed and contracted by China Textile Industrial Engineering Institute while the key equipment and controlling systems are offshore supplied of fine functioning and stable operation and reliability.

Direct spinning device of staple fiber is configured and contracted by Shanghai Pacific Group, with each line producing 30,000 tons of staple fiber annually direct from poly melting. The devices and technologies of the project are both advanced onshore as well as the matched utilities.
With advanced technology and equipment, our company can produce poly fiber ranging from 0.8D to 2.5D, and develop diverse products of polymer, such as functional color staple, plasma staple of dyeable and fluorescent whitening staple.

Nevertheless, the original design of our company is to build large-scaled modern enterprise with annual capacity of 400,000 tons of polymer products. Therefore, the second phase project will kick off soon after the completion of the first phase project. When the whole project completed, Kangxin will rank in the front in chemical fiber industry and can supply the best products of chemical fiber.
